Extra charges per order are as follows:

1. Pre-shipment Inspection

Pre-shipment Inspection will be conducted systematically using the services of SGS. This will be charged to the Client as per SGS's invoice to ADF.

2. Freight & Insurance

Freight costs and insurance will be calculated by each Supplier for each order depending on the destination. ADF will invoice this amount to the Client.

3. Transaction and support service fees

The fee for ADF support services, which include random quality control by an independent quality control laboratory, administrative services, training materials, monitoring and evaluation, is 10% of the total amount of the medicines ordered.

Prices are FCA (Free Carrier) and are valid until 18 February 2011.
Payment must be made in Euros.
